Is this service available for all MAMA sweatshirts?
This service is designed for original Little GG MAMA sweatshirts. If you’re unsure whether yours qualifies, just email us first.
How many names can be added?
This listing includes two children’s names added to the sleeve. If you’d like to add more, please contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Will the font and placement match my original sweatshirt?
Yes. We use the same style, font, and sleeve placement as our current MAMA sweatshirts to keep everything looking cohesive and intentional.
Do I need to wash the sweatshirt before sending it?
Yes please. Make sure your sweatshirt is freshly washed and completely dry before posting it to us.
How long does the process take?
Once we receive your sweatshirt, personalisation usually takes 3–5 working days, plus return shipping time.
Is postage included in the price?
Postage is not included. Customers are responsible for sending the sweatshirt to us and covering the return shipping.
Can you update a sweatshirt that’s a few years old?
Yes. As long as the sweatshirt is in good condition, we’re happy to personalise pieces purchased in previous years.
Can I return or exchange this service?
