How do I personalise the wristlet?
Just pop your name, nickname, or any phrase into the personalisation box when ordering your sweatshirt. Or, if you prefer, you can choose from one of our already-crafted MAMA words.

Do I need to add the keychain to my cart?
Yes – once you’ve chosen your personalisation and colour, just add the wristlet to your cart. It will show up as $0.00 at checkout.

Can I choose the wristlet colour?
Yep! There are four beautiful colour combos to pick from. Just click on the wristlet product, personalise it, and add it to your cart.

What size should I get for the sweatshirt?
These are true to size with a relaxed, cosy fit. Check out our size chart above  or flick us a message if you're unsure.

Is the sweatshirt just for mums?
Not at all – you can personalise it with any word you like: Aunty, Grandma, Nana, Nona, or a nickname your family loves.

Can I send it as a gift?
Totally. You can even leave a gift message at checkout – we’ll include it with your order.

When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 working days. Need it quicker? Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Will it arrive in time for Mother’s Day?
Yes – as long as you order by May 7 (non-rural addresses), we’ll do everything we can to make sure it arrives on time.

Can I return it if it doesn’t fit?
Because these are personalised items, returns aren’t available – sorry! But if there’s any issue at all, please get in touch. We’re here to help.
